Ashton grew up in Dallas, Texas, however, she is a fourth-generation Arkansan. She returned to her roots as quick as she could.
Before joining the Arkansas Wildlife Federation (AWF), she worked at National Park College in the workforce division, where she facilitated cross-functional collaboration, orchestrated events, and assisted in providing accuracy with publications. During this time, Ashton served on multiple committees within her community. As Operations Coordinator at AWF, she is excited to not only support her local communities, but also the future of the entire state.
Ashton is actively involved in her church and community. She enjoys exploring new coffee shops and hiking with family and friends. She lives in Hot Springs, AR with her husband, a master electrician, along with their three beautiful girls. Completing the family are their beloved dogs Archie and Jazzi.
